In ATW we don’t train to look good - we train to become one of the greats, to stay 100% FUNCTIONAL and being CAPABLE to handle whatever challenges life throws at our faces.

Same goes for mind. We don’t train our minds to reach that high level corporate job - but to follow our TRUE CALLING and stand confidently behind our own BELIEFS whether they fit or not in society’s norms box.

And, we don’t build our lives according to others’ opinions nor limited frames of references - we have the COURAGE to go after our DREAMS and SUPPORT others to do the same.
