what does “ATW” stand for?
ATW is a short version of From Average to Warrior - which means (in a nutshell) unlocking the full Body // Mind // Life -potential we all have inside ourselves.

Becoming From Average to Warrior means becoming the best version of oneself by building:
a functional and capable body
a strong and independent mindset and
a resilient, fulfilling and happy lifestyle.
// Functionality over aesthetics //
Just to make perfectly clear we don’t believe in “summer bodies”, “winter arcs” or other social media garbage.
We believe in all year round relentless intentional training and self development, only focus being on becoming Bit Better Every Day in all Body // Mind // Life -aspects.
In ATW we don’t train to look good - we train to become one of the greats, to stay 100% functional and being capable to handle whatever challenges life throws at our faces.

ATW started in the late 2023 as an one year Challenge I created for myself to stay consistent in my workouts despite winter was just around the corner. Living in a trailer back then with my little family in the countryside far away from everything, training indoors was out of the question.
Btw, it turned out indoor training was actually one of the reasons I had kept failing with my workout attempts before.
Anyway, in summer 2023 I had finally after 20 years of inconsistent on-off workouts created a whole different set of “tools” on how to stay consistent without being that disciplined. And I was ready to do pretty much anything to make sure I wouldn’t quit and disappoint myself once again.
One of those “tools” was ACCOUNTABILITY and for that very reason I started to post my Challenge videos on my YouTube channel, you can watch my first Challenge-video here:

By then 13.11.2023 I had no clue how this accountability-thingy eventually would turn out to what it is today.

Pretty soon we figured that I can’t be the only one struggling with consistency issues with workouts, and we (me and my wife ❤️🔥) started to figure out how we could help others at the same time I was getting my own sh*t together.
One thing has led to so many other things, and here we are now super excited of guiding and supporting others in all Body // Mind // Life -aspects.
