First things first, I’m NOT a personal trainer trying to suffocate you with strict meal plans, macro countings and boring cookie cutter workout programs.

I’m here just to offer you interesting, low threshold and commitment 15-30min workout sessions which I’ll push through with you once or more consistently. It’s up to you what you need atm.

Now we’ve opened a very limited amount of private 1on1 online ATW | Workout Partner sessions for you who need and want a reliable and supportive workout partner, but haven’t succeeded to find one in real life.

Maybe your friends and other acquaintances aren’t that active or you just don’t resonate with them on this level. Perhaps you have tried and tried alone - yet struggle to find the motivation to keep it up.

What do you need?

To sign up for ATW | Workout Partner Program, you don’t need any equipment to start.

If, however, you have a pair of dumbbells and an ab-wheel for example, awesome!

In case you don’t have a workout program of your own, we can follow our own ATW | Hybrid Training Program, including variety of bodyweight, weight training and functional training routines so there’s lot to choose from. And all the routines can be modified according if you are a beginner or advanced but..

Only thing you do need though, is a bit of inspiration to take action now.

There’s nothing to lose but everything to gain!

After the first free workout session, you have a couple of options.

  1. You can go back to working out by yourself

  2. Or choose from weekly / bi-weekly sessions and start changing your life for good. ATW | Workout Partner Sessions are starting from 179 € / month.
